The first screen is located in the first half of level one. Near the beginning of the level, you pass a small red building followed by two pairs of sliding doors. Push Up in front of the sliding doors. Inside, you'll find many crates with special items. The second bonus screen is in level two. When you reach the waterfall, press Up in front of the middle of the falls. Catch raindrops to restore your health. The third bonus screen is in level four. At the beginning of the level, you'll see a small bridge made of logs. Press Up in the middle of the bridge. This screen is similar to the first bonus screen. Not enough codes for you?
